Allow dough to rest at room temperature before making cookies

dust work surface with flour to roll out and cut desired shapes and sizes of cookies

place cookies on non-stick baking pan or put a layer of silicone paper on a baking pan

bake for anywhere between 8-10 minutes. Depending on size or thickness of cookie

watch cookies closely
keep dough refrigerated for up to 3 weeks or frozen for 8 weeks
