gingerbread ingredients

Allow dough to rest at room temperature before making cookies

  • preheat oven to 350 degrees

  • dust work surface with flour to roll out and cut desired shapes and sizes of cookies

  • place cookies on non-stick baking pan or put a layer of silicone paper on a baking pan

  • bake for anywhere between 8-10 minutes. Depending on size or thickness of cookie

  • watch cookies closely

keep dough refrigerated for up to 3 weeks or frozen for 8 weeks

Each container is 2.5LBS and is enough to make 12 Hurst Bakery sized gingerbread men.
