christmas pudding:
Serves up to 6. Store in refrigerator for up to two months.
Similar to Christmas cake, but the pudding is steamed before serving.
Instructions for serving
Place in 2” of water in a sauce pan and bring to a boil. Unwrap pudding (leave tin foil on) and place in saucepan on low. Steam for approximately 45 minutes. Suggestions : Serve with rum/custard or hard sauce and enjoy!

Pastry flour, brown sugar, almonds, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, raisins, currants, fruit mix, beef suet, milk, brandy, stout beer and eggs.
